Capacity: 170ml
- Fill in your sterilising cup with water (3/4 full) and place your menstrual cup inside, making sure it is fully covered in water. Place the cup in the microwave oven for 3 to 5 minutes (depending on your microwave power setting).
- Do not cover the cup with the lid. When the time is up, remove the cup with care. Mind the heat! Use a pot cloth or wait for it to cool down before touching it.
- Alternatively, you can use sterilisation tablets. Boiling won't be required.

I'm so pleased by this product, it's so much easier and convenient to clean my cup, sanitary and simple. I also take it with me when I am on the go and can clean my cup anywhere I am. It doubles as storage, much better than keeping it in the cotton pouch.
