I love these knickers so much! I love wearing these when I am at the gym exercising during my period or when I'm running. I was always self-aware that I might leak, but with these ones, I can actually be carefree. Just keep in mind that you might need a few pairs during your period so it might get costly, but they are well worth it and in the long term, I know i am actually saving!
